A Dead Sea Scroll in Stone?

The January/February 2008 issue of Biblical Archaeology Review has an article by Ada Yardeni titled: A New Dead Sea Scroll in Stone?. According to the article, paleography dates the slab to the same period as the Dead Sea scrolls. One major difference is that the text isn't on leather, it's on a 3 foot by 1 foot slab of stone.
