At the Altar of Sexual Idolatry by Steve GallagherThis is the book to read after you finish Everyman's Battle. It takes the foundation laid there and goes much deeper.
Out of the Depths of Sexual Sin: The Story of my Life & Ministry by Steve GallagherIn this book, Steve shares his own journey out of sexual sin and tells how he came to found Pure Life Ministries.

I read Every Young Man's Battle (when I was single), and I also read several books by Steve Gallagher (very thorough). For ministers I recommend his "A Biblical Guide to Counseling the Sexual Addict." I work for Covenant Eyes, a Christian company that gives people help with internet accountability and filtering; it's always good to read blogs from those who have joined the battle against temptation and addiction.
