Peter M. Head over at Evangelical Textual Criticism, pointed out a recent article in The Independent which discusses some recent manuscript finds at the Deir al-Surian monastery in Egypt. I also came across a much more detailed article at forbes.com, which gives a lot more background information on the monastery, the condition of its library, and it also includes several photos. Happy readying!
